The Free State Legislature held a consultative session with Media SMMEs to strengthen collaboration, promote inclusive procurement, and enhance stakeholder engagement.

On 20 March 2026, the Secretariat of the Free State Legislature, led by Acting Secretary Ms. Connie Sefo, engaged with Media SMMEs in a consultative session held at Southern Life Plaza in Bloemfontein.
The session forms part of ongoing engagements with community media aimed at fostering a developmental relationship between the Legislature and Media SMMEs. The initiative seeks to strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and support inclusive economic participation.
The session was facilitated by the Director of Strategy and Risk Management, Mr. Maroele Seruoe. Also in attendance were the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Quintin Hugo, Director of Supply Chain Management, Mr. Molelekwa Marumo, and the Free State Legislature Spokesperson, Mr. Jongi Ndakana.
